Discovering this awareness allows us to experience mind’s natural qualities of ease, warmth and clarity at any time and in any situation.

SATURDAY - Opening Our Heart - On Saturday, Khenpo Kunga will showed us how to access and expand the natural kindness and compassion that we discover in meditation as the abiding quality of awareness. The discovery of kindness and compassion connects us with our essential richness and becomes a bridge through which we connect with others and the world altogether. This alone brings a sense of deep well-being and confidence and makes our life meaningful.
